Find anything you need
Security. Reliability. Performance.
As your long-term data storage grows, so does your need for a dependable and efficient way to keep it protected. Based on the world's leading tape technology, Quantum's LTO tape drives work seamlessly with Scalar tape libraries and automatically match the tape drive speed to that of the host, optimizing performance and increasing reliability. Plus, Quantum's LTO tape drives are easy to deploy and upgrade, making them perfect for small, mid-sized and corporate storage environments.
No One Can Ignore Data Protection
Backing up critical resources is crucial for every organization, no matter what the size of the budget or the IT staff. And its not just about doing backup. Data also has to be kept safe from ransomware and other malicious programs that can contaminate files stored on most of the systems that use spinning disk.
Site-loss protection is also critical for everyone, but that is something that is complex for smaller sites to support, especially if they have adopted a disk-based backup methodology.
Quantum LTO Drives Are the Answer
Quantums LTO tape drives deliver fast, reliable data protection at an affordable price. They offer backup speeds up to 2.7 TB per hour and can store up to 30 TB of data on a single cartridge. Quantum's LTO cartridges provide easily transportable backup storage for DR protection, and their AES 256-bit encryption makes sure that no one else can read your data. Their WORM-cartridge option provides an even higher level of security.
If youre looking for the simplest, easiest, and most affordable data protection of all, Quantum LTO drives come with LTFS. Thats the system that lets you drag and drop any files from your disk environment directly to LTO mediaand read it back againwithout having to buy or install any backup software.
Featured Benefits
Quantum's LTO tape drives deliver reliable data protection with tremendous capacity and performance at an affordable price. Quantum "Backup Ready" kit solutions allow you to go from box-to-backup in minutes with the highly reliable Quantum LTO tape drive, cable for external models, a cleaning cartridge and durable Quantum media.
