The D9-320 offers powerful storage expansion capabilities, supporting up to 9 hard drives. With a maximum single drive capacity of 22TB (compatibility with larger hard drives pending verification), it delivers up to 198TB of storage space, fully meeting the demands of various large-scale data storage. Note: This device operates in single-disk mode by default. RAID configurations require third-party software RAID management tools.

10Gbps High-Speed Data Transfer

Leveraging USB 3.2 Gen2 protocol, it achieves transfer speeds up to 10Gbps. When equipped with 9 hard drives, it achieves actual read/write speeds up to 1016MB/s (simultaneous read/write with 9× 8TB WD Red HDDs). With a single drive, read speeds up to 510MB/s (WD Red 1TB SSD). The D9-320 delivers outstanding performance for both multi-drive and single-drive operations.

Daisy-Chain Expansion

The rear of the D9-320 is thoughtfully equipped with a high-speed 10Gbps USB Host expansion port, allowing multiple storage devices to be daisy-chained for further capacity expansion. When USB ports on the computer are limited, the D9-320’s built-in USB Host port provides an effective solution to this challenge.

New Power Management System

Independent Power Supply for Drives: The product is equipped with 9 independent drive power switches and a master power switch, allowing users to individually power down unused drives,.This feature effectively saves energy and significantly extends the lifespan of the hard drives.

Intelligent Power-Off Protection: During the process of turning off the hard drive power, the system automatically ejects drives safely from the PC, ensuring drive heads park properly before cutting power. This design eliminates risks of head damage from sudden power loss during high-speed operation, protecting both drives and stored data. Unlike traditional methods that may cause abnormal SMART (Power-Off Retract Count) values, the D9-320’s power management system fully avoids this issue.

Power-on Recovery Function

The device is equipped with a power-onrecovery memory function.After normal shutdown, the device remains off upon power restoration. After abnormal power loss, it automatically restarts when power resumes, enabling automatedunattended management with servers.NAS, and other devices.

Energy-Efficient Drive Sleep Mode

The D9-320 supports an intelligent sleep function, automatically entering sleep mode when the computer system goes into standby (e.g., USB device safe removal, computer sleep, or shutdown).
