Currently Wacom Ships 2 Cintiq Companions based on Windows 8 - DTH-1300WL and DTH-1300WH. Both the units need a windows activation code to unlock windows. The Activation code can be found below the power Brick.

Yes, thats an unusual place to put the activation code ( generally its to be found under the device ) but thats where it is for now. Probably wacom will change this in Future.
