QNAP announced the availability of  Mattermost  team communication system on its NAS today. 

Mattermost is an open source slack alternative for workplace messaging and communication. Major difference between Mattermost and Slack is that Mattermost is selfhost. Now the businesses can install Mattermost on their QNAP NAS, turning it into a private chat server that stores all their chat messages and files . Android and iOS apps let the users be always connected to the server.
